    when you make the "sobstitution" ;-) available, please provide for start/pause buttons... Even with my very fast conection it is quite a stop-and-go "experience". (I try now to directly download the whole swf and hope to be able to enjoy the speech offline then http://railsconfeurope.railsonwave.com/flash/dave.swf i try to provide a link but i guess it will be stipped out: Dave.swf (right click to download) )
