DHH's Keynote

Posted by Sandro Paganotti in Events - comments are closed digg this add to delicious

Finally we managed to convert the amazing David Heinemeier Hansson keynote from RailsConf Europe 2007 .

We’ve decided to split the movie in three parts in order to allow you to navigate better throught the speech.

There seems to be an issue with part one. About half way through, when David starts talking about revolution (with the French flag in the background) the video (and audio) freezes. I've tried Safari and Camino on my Mac, and they both exhibit the same behaviour.

part 1 stops after about the half time. part 2 stops the sound after half time. part 3 is still missing. C'mon guys you did let us wait for days so it should work now properly and completely. ;-) (Firefox: 2.0.0.7, Flash-player: 9,0,47,0, OS X 10.4.10, reliable and very fast connection) thank you for the efforts

You're right nicolash :) We're re-encoding the whole keynote right by now with a different audio codec. We'll be back with a new and working release as soon as possible. Thanks
